About a week ago, I noticed my whole-body cauldron was getting really cooked by the convergence of unknown forces.
My wife had 2 nights of strange dreams.
I got 4 emails from different people suggesting they were hitting some new crisis point energetically.
And then the next day my computer – first time its life and in the life of any computer I’ve ever owned – went into meltdown. My hard drive decided it could no longer process the information load demanded of it. It felt like the Year of the Fire Dog delivering its first major omen to me.
I went through its dying process, helping the elementals toiling within it to find new meaning elsewhere, perhaps to reunite with the Cyber-Immortals of their realm. They appreciated the gronding and cooling off meditation we had together. That seemed to help its transition; it came back to a kind of half-life for 24 hours, long enough for me to slowly email my most critical work files elsewhere.
Bless their souls. I don’t mean the machine itself – that was a human creation, programmed for quick obsolesence. I mean the elemental forces of the universe that are living and breathing in everything, including what we call the inorganic cells of my hard drive.
This is a critical difference, overlooked by the technological visionaries like Ray Kurzweil, who believes humans will merge with computers and nanotech to form supra-rational and super-competent new breed of physically immortal beings. Although his thinking is highly creative and paradigm challenging in beneficial ways, I ultimately find his vision is soulless, a mental worshipping of technology that will end up empowering machine-thought forms to control the messy side of humanity. And feeding on human fear of physical death – just like the old religions.
“Machine thought-forms” is another name for Control of this physical realm, which just means replacing the old religious Big Daddy Controller Gods with new shiny Male Techno-Gods. This is what got Atlantis into trouble, and it will get humanity into trouble – believing we can externally (nano-computerized genetics) re-design human nature.
You can re-design it, that is one expression of free will. But external re-design is bound to have serious flaws in it that will doom the experiment to failure, or worse, humanity to a takeover by the Techno-Gods. It is using free will to enslave human free will to whoever controls the Techno process. Technology, while neutral in itself, has unfortunately almost always been used to control others by those in power. (see my article on Metal Element in the War on Iraq, and the real issue of uranium waste there…).
This also ties in the post a few days back by an Israeli ? on the dangers of Industrial Age in polluting the human process with an overload of information, which thereby destroys the slower process of feeling.
While I disagree with many of the details presented, I support his overall thesis – that more excessive techno-doing will not solve the problem. Even if we get clean, non-polluting source of Free Energy – which we will – it will not stop the power plays to use that energy for domination and control. the Atlanteans had that technology, and it didn’t save them- in fact abuse of it led to their downfall. But you don’t need to believe that story to see the nature of the political animals running the planet earth Human Show, and predict their behavior.
And I am not overly concerned about the ability of the earth to protect its eco-system — human populations are easy to eradicate with a few shifts in weather and poor crops. But if the Techno-God empowered humans get entrenched, they may be harder to manage or dislodge.
Good time to get deeper into the alchemical technology employed by the Life Force itself.
That is the safest technology, proven itself since the inception of Creation, if it did indeed have an inception moment.michael
ps on a borrowed computer, may be here a bit less infrequently until CyberGods birth their new techno-baby hard drive….which I promise to cherish and nurture, but not empower to replace my free will.
February 19, 2006 at 12:05 pm #10687Michael I really enjoyed that post!
I don’t understand though what you mean when you say that ‘if the Techno-God empowered humans get entrenched, they may be harder to manage or dislodge.’
Do you mean harder in the sense that much more misery will occur before they are removed? Or do you think that literally there is some techno-life possible on a planet with no actual life? This misery… is it even possible? I can hardly think so.
Unlike you I detest that download-yourself guy. I mean I enjoy a paradigm challenge as much as anyone, but remember all these scientists like to challenge paradigms. Where does it get anyone? It is all think think think.
All of our technology is symbolism of deep desire that we could reach without such technology, that is what I believe. The dreams of flight, of universal communication, health, whatever it is – all are obtainable by us without our stupid machines. The machines stop us.
Sometimes – you know this – I think you are not ruthless enough! >>Good time to get deeper into the alchemical technology employed by the Life Force itself<< is a huge understatement to me, but perhaps I am simply needing a more extreme style to keep myself motivated... Austin Osman Spare speaks for me: "Science is the accursed doubt of the possible" Do we not see this? That the more we "know" and build machines, the less we believe ourselves capable of being in any positive sense human? NOT advocating unibomberishness - do as you will - but at least know that the next machine and the next and the next... are removing ability to be you if believed as solution... no? NN
February 19, 2006 at 12:29 pm #10689Very interesting… I had a vision in my meditation yesterday that something Computer wise went haywire with you; I found it odd since we never personally met.
February 19, 2006 at 2:22 pm #10691Totally agree that machines weaken us.
And also recognize that they are here to stay. And that technologies like internet can help to midwife in transition to trusting faster-than-nano telepathy. Just like snowlion tuning into my computer problem without the net.
So this requires spiritual technology be used to replace obsession with machine technology.
Before outer obsessions lead to Techno-Gods empowerment and loss of free will.
How deeply can the Techno Gods get entrenched? i don’t know, and don’t want to find out.
But lots of unconscious scientists out there trying their best to empower them.m

Before outer obsessions lead to Techno-Gods empowerment and loss of free will.<< precisely so. precisely thankyou michael. >>How deeply can the Techno Gods get entrenched? i don’t know, and don’t want to find out.<< depends on us. depends on what we do right now. balance can swing this or that way you sense it why you are writing so many political posts more and more. publicity war upon us, real war will follow may not see it in my lifetime but for sure the machines will howl for our blood. hard enough now to exit matrix in 50 years STRONG. know not enough re atlantis history you in position to enlighten somewhat if desired leave it up to you? >>But lots of unconscious scientists out there trying their best to empower them.<< lol. unconscious scientist = midwife on crack. shit man. prepare. February 20, 2006 at 2:31 pm #10695I personally think that technology is one of the most important phases in our evolution. To me technology means the passing on of information… In fact as I see it, technology is moving more and more towards non-physical information. “Machines” are not the only form of technology, I consider Taoist Alchemy a form of technology.
The danger, in my oppinion, is the fact that people still havent caught on that we behave like domesticated primates with all the same drives and instincts as them, except with a thick layer of domesticated complexity. In another post I wrote about the 4 main drives/instincts of the human animal – the first being oral-biosurvival, this used to be based on food, but now has been replaced by money… The domination/submission instinct back in the agricultural age was based on the domination of land (and thus food resources) – these days It’s mainly about control of energy and the resources to create it… although more and more it’s moving towards the domination and control of information (and once a clean source of renewable energy is found, there will be a full shift on attempting to dominate information).
It’s part of our instincts to hoard (dominate)! Most of us cant help it – almost anyone with power will attempt to hoard the resource most valuable at the time! it’s an automatic behaviour that can only be de-automated by following/using ‘spiritual’ technologies.
We’re living in the “Information Age” – The amount of information *doubles* every year!! (it took 1500 years for the amount of recorded information (thus technology) to double between 1AD and 1500AD) Not only does information double every year, but it’s also accelerating – it’s quite possible that information will start doubling every 3months within 10 years! This is an exciting time to be alive – things are changing and shifting, information is growing and becoming available to all – this includes the often supressed and closely guarded spiritual technologies that all seem to be springing up in the past few decades.
Soon us humans will learn to de-robotise our automaic behaviour and act in an ecological manner – free energy to all! Abundant food for all! Comfort and happiness for all – because our civiliztion can only flourish if everyone is benefiting and thus helping everyone else – Bucky Fuller was right, there is a utopian dream on the horizon, and it’s achievable in our lifetime!
or
Soon we will sleep-walk into allowing our ‘leaders’ to control free energy – the flow of new information and technology will be closely guarded by corporations (the information-age version of countries or superpowers) and available to a tiny minority – we will carry on living with the mentality that there is just not enough food/energy/resources for everyone to live comfortably and we need to grab and hoard all we can for us and our children – the minority will prosper and the majority will support their prosperity by staying poor and living with the idea that there is just not enough for everyone… everyone will constantly try to climb the ladder (which benefits the guys at the top of the ladder) and spend their resources on stuff that the guys at the top decide is appropriate for us to spend on. The planet will finaly shake us off and the human race will fall apart.
That is why I believe practicing any form of personal development/alchemy/spiritual practice can benefit everyone. Every individual who can overcome their robotic conditioning and unbind their innate “humanness” will affect the people arround them – confusion will reign! and over time people will be more open to freeing up their belief systems and their robotic nature. Everyone can start shedding their ‘armour’ and stop grasping at anything that would make them comfortable – because just ‘being’ will be the ultimate comfort in itself.
technology can either free us or pull us further into the slavery of our robotic instincts – every individual gets to decide which way things will go…
rant over lol
February 21, 2006 at 10:28 am #10697Bardon says will the aspect of fire.
The medicine says fire is the king. But there is always the queen aroung.
The medicine says will is the aspect of water.
Water controls the fire. But fire controls wood.
And liver is for flying.Bardon adjusted his practice to his character. He was fat big belly. But notice how his students (M.K. and Otti Votavova) are all head strong.
Inner versus outer will. Which runs deeper.
And if body is the emobodiment of deep will, where can one go.
February 21, 2006 at 10:37 am #10699>>The medicine says will is the aspect of water.<< Since reading Spare I agree. No longer into Bardon. He could have no ease. Have you read Spare? Know no 5-element theory. No time to learn now! life going mental. love NN
February 21, 2006 at 4:58 pm #10701>>The medicine says fire is the king. But there is always the queen aroung.

Water controls the fire.<< Absolutely true. There is something rather mysoginist in Bardon's idea that, as far as accomplishing one's will is concerned, 'the subconscious mind can be considered one's enemy'. I don't know the five-element system but am starting to see its value so I will learn one of these days. But Spare is right - 'the conscious will is non-attractive... only subconscious will finds completion'. This explains why spiritual practice is necessary to remember who we are. But this is putting it in magical terms. However, even without a 5-element approach there are ways. The two, King and Queen, can be united. Bardon always talks about 'concentration' but this is useless to me. There is a mutual series of surrenders between king and queen. >>Inner versus outer will. Which runs deeper.<< Clearly since my inner will creates the universe whilst my outer one has trouble getting up in the morning, the answer is clear! best NN -
