Just a question regarding the fundamentals #1. In fusion, Michael goes over about how to talk to the organ spirits. I studied Chia’s smile and sounds, so is it really needed to buy fundamentals #1 audio (not 5 animals – not interested) if you’ve gone through Chia’s version and it’s all there on fusion. Also, what’s the big difference with Chia’s and Michael’s version. I know Michael teaches you to talk to the organ spirits, what does that mean. Like, how does one ask them, communicate with them, etc. Any feedback would be great!

I have a lot of experience with students coming from other systems who rightfully question whether they need to go through basic stuff again. I reccomend that you do, as I teach it from a place of high level theory/cosmology that means higher level students get more out of it than beginning students. 1ts foundation material, not beginning material. There is a big difference.
All the principles here are being applied again and again at higher levels. If you miss the early nuances, you may miss them later. I.e. you gloss over the issue of Fundamentals 2. Without the wudang method of the orbit, you will have a very different perspective on what is meant by the crystallization of the pearl in Fusion.
The Qigong Fundamentals 1 & 2 are heavily discounted as intro courses. Your financial risk is minimal, and you can return them if unsatisfied, if you feel they are merely repeating what you already know.
There are really simple fomrs like the five animals that give a dynamic practice to the healing sounds.
You may have enough form training and not want to take that form on. But very few students come even close to exercising all five shen at once in an integrated manner. You could apply the principle to other forms, it doens’t really matter. But you need to really learn how and why of that principle to do that.hope this helps.
