Hi! I have some questions concerning sexual practices. I’ve red in Mantak chia’s books that we should practice the PC muscle as much as possible but I’ve also red don Dr. Lin’s site that Kegel exercices can cause premature ejaculation, since I know that you don’t endorse all of Mantak Chia’s practices, I was wondering what was you’re opinion on the Kegel exercices? I would also like to know if jelqing and stretching exercices will cause damages if done correctly.
Thanks a lot!

March 20, 2006 at 12:23 am #11753Listen to Dr. Lin, he’s right on this one. I do believe that Mantak is changing his way of teaching from the books he wrote a while ago. Don’t contract your pubococcygeal musccles. Trunk has a good website called alchemicaltaoism.com, go there and follow the healing love link and read everything. You’ll know what to do.

March 20, 2006 at 11:53 am #11755Thank you Fajin to Trunk’s amazing website, this is exactly what I’ve been looking for, a resource that clearly explains HT practices. Thanks Jomcduff for inquiring which resulted in Fajin providing link. Thanks guys, please do share more links/resources if there is any.
By the way is there any resources as to diet balance? As in knowing what to eat to keep body in healthy condition, and balance.
March 21, 2006 at 3:34 am #11757Hello,
in my practical oppinion, the PC muscle has to be worked out in order to insure that the life force stays in your body. weak pelvic floor makes the chi go out really easy.
concerning the sexual practice, the PC muscle practice is of key importance in the beginning. it is how master chia teaches it.
later on, you can use mind power alone.Emanuel
March 21, 2006 at 3:41 am #11759What is your oppinion about Carlos Castaneda’s system ?
What do you feel about Tensegrity ?I have heard little comment about this subject from Taoist practicioners, and I wonder why.
The reason I am so interested is because my personal path has begun under this system’s influence… until I found out about the Tao.Thank you,
Emanuel
March 21, 2006 at 3:41 am #11761Emanuel,
You can strengthen your pelvic floor by incorporating the pelvic and urogenital diaphragms in your breathing. Any kind of pressure should not be put on the PC muscles, it turns on the sympathetic nervous system, which triggers ejaculation. The PC muscles should stay relaxed, not contracting them. It’s just like in taiji, your musculature should stay relaxed as much as possible and your bones should do the movement, just like your tailbone. It has autorythmic fibers that are designed to contract rapidly or “pulse” and were meant for redirecting your orgasm upwards through your spine.

March 21, 2006 at 3:44 am #11765What do they help you with? I’m sure there are other ways to help with whatever problem.

March 21, 2006 at 8:16 am #11769Hello Fajin,
I am sure you understand that it is not the method that counts, it is the quality of the result.
Perineum power exercises help me develop the inner pressure needed in order to keep my body healthy, and experience deeper with the advanced meditation practices.
Regarding the use of the PC muscle in Healing Love, I have little doubt about the help it can provide.
I base my affirmation on my experience, the experience of my instructor, of my professor, and of friends that have experienced it.
The Universal Tao System is evolving, like any other living practice. If for some, things work different, what is the problem ?
They just use what works better for them.Regards,
Emanuel
PS: i sure hope Michael will send an answer regarding what i asked about Castaneda and Tensegrity ^_^
March 21, 2006 at 8:22 am #11771>>I am sure you understand that it is not the method that counts, it is the quality of the result.<< *Good method yields good result. Never meant PC was bad, just other better practices out there to et desired result. Take what is useful, discard what is useless. Good luck Emanuel, Fajin
