    Jernej

In hot summer when moist gathers
    Just before the storm
It is hard on clogged lunges.

    1.
Winn Pali experience shows that venting is not realy a solution.

    2.
    Went for breathing.

Observation showed (three states:neutral, expanded, contracted):
    Ok compression
    Ok pause on compression
    Small expansion
    Short pause on expansion

    3.
    Thus practised:
    Small contraction
    Small pause on contraction
    Larger expansion
    Longer pause on expansion

    4.
As is was temporary activity, counting was involved.
    Counting with mind is disturbing.
    So counting with body (figers).
