G’day again I was wondering if anyone out there had any experience with Sheng Zhen Wuji Yuan Gong as mentioned at http://www.shengzhen.org and if so did you gain any benefit from this practice?

Andy 🙂When Teacher Li was in town I attended his Healing Qigong retreat. There was a nice loving energy to the retreat and I enjoyed it. During a break in the retreat I went outside and could feel myself merging with the sky (interesting experience).
I did the form for 2 months everyday and I would wake up in the middle of the night and my head seemed to be merged with the surroundings. I figured that I needed to get more grounded before having experiences like that…so I stopped.
All of his stuff is channeled.
thanks for you reply, I was just wondering at the end of your post you said “All of his stuff is channeled.” Do you see that as a good or bad thing?
He has DVD’s of his system.
I think they are nice, I have played with them for awhile, there is alot of stuff, so I pick what I like. If you studied a wide range of Qi Gong, you see the similarities and modifications. You will see things others teach look like his smiling).
References to Jesus and Buddha, etc, doesn’t enhance the Qi Gong for me.
I do suggest you buy the DVD’s, if you like to have Qi Gong material and are a student of the art.
