One of the things I like about the dragondoor forum is how alot of the people there post daily practice. Sort of like an online practice journal. one of the main teachers and friend of mine, Mike Mahler, just posts his daily practice and then people ask him quesitons or comment on it.
We could do the same here if people want. That way we can start to compare and also see how eachother’s progress is going.
To give some examples.
Morning practice
Emptiness meditation for 40 min
embrace the tree for 30 min
back bridge for 10 min
or
inner smile 30 min
microcosmic orbit 15 min
primordial qigong 15 min
We can post whatever meditations we are wroking on and also whatever physical stuff we are doing, like
Sun and Moon Alchemy 20 min
Emtiness meditation 20 min
10 min tea break, then
500 hindu squats
100 hindu pushups
10 pistols
Or whatever your working on. We can get more focused here and post less stuff that sounds like this..
The Tao is great, it’s even better than ice cream!
and
Just be empty! That’s all!
anyway, we can sort of get more of a practitiners journal going here rather than an obscure arguments. So if theres interest I’ll start and we can try and be of help toe eachother’s cultivation .
This is actually coming.
The Dragon Door site has under development a training log functionality.
This will be ported (along with all the functionality over there) to this forum. This is real soon. (like next week)
