Dear all,
can anybody help me to define this :
I have sometimes areas around the navel which feel like as if there’s something glued there (like a piece of paper); what’s that ?
Is it good / bad ?
Is there any remedy or… ?

Try healing smile and micro cosmic orbit(but be open to inspiration you know better then anyone else what you need). Relax into it do not try and force it just accept it. I had resitance in that area, ounce released it was quite orgasmic. Just keep accepting and smiling, keep a relaxed patient additude, sometimes theres fast change sometimes slow change, there is also a motherly sence you might get latter on with kan and li, it is quite enjoyable.
