    Thanks for the replies. I really appreciate your insight and clarity in this. What you say really resonates with my core. I guess it is really easy to forget this at times.

    I have been studying the Healing Tao on and off for about 15 years, primarily with Mantak Chia. However, it is not until I started working on Michael’s material that things really started moving for me. I guess everyone works in different ways.

    Below is a book you might want to pick up that I have recently bought myself, it is well written and has a nice layout; quite often most books are a let down but this one is very good and is written buy gilles Marin who has expierence with actual teaching and practice of these subjects.
