    They told me:

-breath through nose but it really comes from below
    -use anus (at higher levels)
-stick toes into ground on inhale or exhale if possible
    -breath from bottom of spine
-spiral on inhale, nothing on exhale
    -use kidney 1 point
-tan tien is 3 inches below navel
-inhale 5 seconds, exhale 5 seconds
    -more on the exhale

    Any other good observations?

I also like to picture the pelvis bones and the (ilio)psoas/lumbars breathing

They have a graphic on the website. I think what you want to do is spiral from the bottom of the spine around the tan tien on the enhale, nothing on exhale. Spiral verticaly along lumbars and all the way down to the gate of life and death.

    Cool?
