Is anyone getting this yet apart from me? I found a good site about it so I guess I know about it, it’s just I wondered if anyone is getting it. You keep finding yourself looking at the clock and it’s 11:11 or 1:11, or sometimes for me it’s 22:22 or 2:22. Apparently it’s angelic beings or whatnot. I linked to the site below. Maybe someone here is getting it but didn’t notice it yet? I searched 11:11 on this forum but zero results so maybe I am the 1st to raise that. j
August 18, 2007 at 12:11 am #23619I haven’t personally.
I do seem to notice 11:21 an awful lot though–in part, due to
it showing up all the time during the X-Files when that show
was popular.At least you didn’t say 2:07 ๐

August 18, 2007 at 12:12 am #23621First one to maybe post specificaily on it. But my self and I believe others have been awair of it. there seems to be allot of channeled information is on this topic. I got turned on to it back in the day when some one introduced my to a channeled being named kryon. Reading allot of that stuff hits home the complexity of creation and how everything happens for a reason.
August 18, 2007 at 12:16 am #23623I just noticed that ironically I made the above post at 11:11pm.
I *SWEAR* I didn’t do that on purpose.Smiles,
StevenAugust 18, 2007 at 2:12 am #23625I have an unpopular view about this phenomenon. I think it’s pretty much a complete fabrication of the new age mind. This may sound weird coming from me since I have such a visionary viewpoint of what’s happening in our world, but I don’t believe the whole 11:11 story at all in any form. I think it is something people have made up to focus on as a group and that anything that has come from it since 1992 when it started has happened solely because a lot of people have put their emotional content into it.
First there was the 11:11, then there was the 12:12. I’ve heard people talking about 9:9 too, as well as groups of three numbers from the hour, day and month like 7:7:7. I dismiss these things as distractions created by ungrounded people desperate for a spiritual experience who are relatively incapable of handling the personal ordeal it takes to train yourself in a system and do the work of personal recreation.

August 18, 2007 at 10:02 am #23627…. except I’m not so incapable as all that, and it started happening for me before I even heard about anyone else having it. But still it could be a thoughtform floating around I guess. j
August 18, 2007 at 11:17 am #23629First time I heard anyone else having that quirk!
I am not sure I buy the material on that website though, but it certainly is curious to me that others have had the thing of looking at the clock at 111 or 1111, as I had never heard of it being a ‘thing’ en masse.
In my case I chalked it up to preconscious association to my birthday (11 Jan), but that was after noticing the phenomenon and looking for an explanation, as I recall. I have since suggested to myself (successfully) not to do it as it became kind of irritating!
SimonAugust 18, 2007 at 12:42 pm #23631… actually I find it sometimes useful when contemplating life decisions because it happens more when I’m on the right track in my thoughts. Well if you have it then at least I’m not the only one so that’s cool. I guess I take the website and stuff with some salt but I’ve had stranger things turn out true for sure so I keep openminded. j
August 18, 2007 at 8:16 pm #23633I was also interested then (it was late eighties and nineties I guess) by Robert Anton Wilson–you find what you’re looking for in your ‘reality tunnel’ kind of thing. But there IS an order to things on the other hand, and there are discarnate entities, but that’s a pretty big grab bag.
Taking into consideration the idea of ‘elementals’ (relatively amorphous, elementary, simple intelligences) seeking angels could literally conjure them up. See Blavatksky, Isis Unveiled (it’s a hard slog but well worth it). You’re probably already familiar with what I’m saying.
SimonAugust 18, 2007 at 8:40 pm #23635August 18, 2007 at 9:04 pm #23637August 20, 2007 at 12:15 pm #23639I was shocked to see this – I’ve been getting 11:11 very often – all my household appliances have the wrong time on them (oven, microwave, dvd etc) and I still end up looking just as it’s 11:11. Sometimes it happens a couple of times a day – sometimes I dont get anything for a few weeks…
Not heard about the phenomenon before, I certainly didn’t know there were people into exploring what it is since the 80’s (!!??!?!)
I dont necessarily buy any particular explanation, but it’s heartening to know that other people have been getting it – even if they end up making their whole universe revolve around it…
August 20, 2007 at 8:59 pm #23641It reminds me a little bit of what the Dreyfuss character gets in ‘Close Encounters’… da da dum dum duuuumm… ๐ To ‘parse’ the explanation for alchemists remember that any being can also be considered an energy. Very easy for astral beings to put thoughts in your head… they do it all the time… I’ve done it to others myself…
The thought magnetizes you like all thoughts… you look at the clock for the same reason Dog looked at the girl while he was driving… your 360 deg. vision which we all have all the time picked up something outside that was already in your mind inside.
I’m sure it’s a call and I’m sure it’s sets of guides of some kind, at least more and more sure. It seems to come as a confirmation when I make a good decision. You could check that yourself if you want, see when you get more.
2 independent confirmations here from people who had never heard of it being experienced by other people, so I don’t think it’s bullshit – sorry Alexander and Intelligence!

August 20, 2007 at 9:10 pm #23643August 20, 2007 at 11:34 pm #23645…I have heard of this phenomenon for years and years. Of itself, it’s meaningless. If you have sychronicities appear to you when important things happen, that’s fine. I’ve had plenty myself. Whether it’s on a clock or an odometer, it happens. So what?
I referred previously to the ungroundedness of many new age groups and you took this personally. I wasn’t referring to you. It seems you do not know how widespread the 11:11 thing and all its relatives is.
Synchronicity is part of experiencing yourself as the wholeness of everything. If it makes you feel good to see a dial tell you certain numbers, that’s OK for the moral support it gives you. But I think you know as well as I do that that’s not a truly deep spiritual experience. My comment is an expression of my impatience with people’s tendency to get off on these things to their own distraction and loss of concentration on the real thing.
