I thought I would ask this forum what to do about a headache that came from circulating sexual Qi in Microcsomic Orbit.
I had a great day yesterday practicing the drawing up method described by Michael where yellow earth Qi is mixed with pink sexual Qi. The power of the drawing up the spine suprised me, and after only 30 or so minutes of practice the draw became fairly easy. I even noticed a resonance building between the upper DT and the hui yin.
Unfortunately my head started to build up pressure, and it felt like I had a hangover.Teh back of my head becaame tight and then it spread to my entire head. I did my best to draw the energy down my front channel, but apparently wasn’t very successful. It also awakened soemthing in my head that I’m trying the Fusion process with.
What can I do to keep the tension from building up?
How do I remove the blockage that seems to be located in my throat and the front of my head?

I remember reading in a book somewhere on the microcosmic orbit,
that sometimes when the energy gets stuck and has can’t sink through
the jaw and neck to try doing some bone beating on your teeth (gently)
and/or quickly clattering your teeth together to break up the blockage
there. I’d also suggest practice “turning the water wheel” from the
QF2 video, going as high as the head. Swallow saliva as you express
your intent to get it to sink. Also the “marriage of heaven and earth”
movement from the QF2 video–especially starting from the jade pillow (i.e.
back of the head could help also), as the movement kind of pulls the
chi from the back of the head over the crown and down the front.I don’t know if this helps. Maybe someone else will have better suggestions.

I worked on the Marriage of Heaven and Earth (Macrocosmic Orbit) as Michael outlined in the Healing Love Video and CD. It released a lot of heat in my hands, head, and front channel. Very satisfying. I still have some blockages to clear through my head, face and throat, but the Qi is moving….ahhhhh
Until I got this release it felt like energy kept moving up my spine and was piling up in my head. now its freer to move.

Yes yesterday I had great Qi flow(s), and the Orbit was running practically on its own with pink sexual Qi. Needless to say, I felt great!
Today my energy body and physical body have gone into a very low energy state. I suppose that this is the yin balance to the very high yang experience of yesterday. Steven says that this means another reorganization of my EB may be in process.
I find that I’m very tired today, and need a lot of sleep. I think I’ll go get some sleep.

there is difference between alchemy and chi kung
there are three treasure: ching chi shen
one moves one treasure to effect the other
like
move ching to move chi,
or move chi to move shen
or…
or…
that makes chi kung an evocation
one makes the move
then the universe/shadow/… responds
or similarso alchemy is both yin and yang practice
while chi kung can be just moving the chi
the difference can be difference between action and proper actionin other word
in the world of immortals and divine virtues
there is full personal resposibility
thus one does not break the blockages, as they are personal creation
this would only make resistance
thus to ‘solve the problem’ one does chi kung or other practices
to find the cause charged vritti or bring the ‘it’ to its conclusion (inso connecting it to the resolution),
inso dissolving the resistance charge in the ‘problem’
which would make this alchemyif one were also developing new body, then such actions would be pursued via system of activities, like formula
