Through out my day my Kan & Li will go into a cyle in which my Ni Wan(I think thats the name) or third eye will pulse or the top of my head, chi presure will build, then a get a strong gravitation pull in the center of my Kan & Li very intense then a allot of yang fire like a sun is being birthed some times I get what I call Yuan stoned, but I can choose to ride more of that wave or carry on with my day to day stuff. After the intense chi pressure and fire it relaxes and usualy continues to steam away. I feel I am watery enough of a person it realy does not effect my kidney in a bad way. I thoutht I would share and would love to know if anyone has some feed back. The real instensity started around Valentines day, It was the first realy intense solid feeling of my core that I have ever felt. Yes I was my own Valentine.:)

I don’t really have anything to contribute, as I haven’t taken
any of the Kan and Li’s yet . . . but I enjoyed some of your excitement
nonetheless. In just my experience with the Deep Healing Qigong,
which I understand contains some simplified baby alchemy, I’ve found
that through lots of practice with the form I can develop some
    sensations that feel very orgasmic.

Nothing wrong with being your own Valentine . . .
    self-love is the best kind!
