Energy opened up!

After a period of quite low energy the eneries in my body have opened up quite alot the last few days.

I think the reasons why is the standing three practise with meditation and the fact that I have tried the healing love cd from my swedish UT instructor.

It contains:

Qigong warm ups. Shaking the body and some more.

Standing three with a inner smile practise

Horse stance

testicle breathing and big draw practises and testicle kidney massage

Six healing sounds

Warming the stove

And some more (I write just from memory.)

It is a well balanced program lasting for about 1 hour. This realy opened up my enegy so that it feels about perhaps 10 times stronger than before, or more.

It also started my sexual enegy alot. So for example the last night I have morning erections started as early as about 1 oklock. Had to do the big draw several times. Until I could´nt no longer get the erection to vanish. Did the big draw in the standing three practise and did feel, at least I imagine so, the mixing of earth enegy with my own Jing. Did sirculate it many times in the MC orbit and then store it in the tan-tien. I also did feel wery warm in the tan- tien during the standing three practise, when doing big draw.

This is not commong for me to have wery good feeling from iron shirt practises so I am always wery happy about when it happenes. Not indifferent as is the ideal state. But is quite indifferent during the practise, happy afterwards.

Today I have had a tremendous good energy. Did aragne a meeting of many friends of mine an enjoyed the company alot. Often when meeting people I am wery tiered and can not interfere with others in a realy 100% way. Happy about this.

Did get tiered after some weight lifting at the gym and have been sleeping at the afternoon, before my next round with the cd. Starting right now.

I think it also have to do with a change in my atitude towards my sexuality and my adictions and to women in general, caused by changed atidute to the sex adiction.
