Hi!
For my first post on this forum I’ll try with this:
If I undestood it and interpreted it correcltly (from one of mr. Winns Chi Flows Naturally letters), on winter solstice Wuji Gong (Primordial…) starts facing NORTH, ending also facing north.
Likewise,
Spring equinox – starts and ends facing EAST (like basic practice)
Summer solstice – starts and ends facing SOUTH
Autumn equinox – starts and ends facing WESTIs that the way it’s done?
Please add some more suggestions regarding qigong practice during winter solstice (its almost in a few days)and other 3 pivotal points of the Sun’s cycle.
Ah,

>>>during winter solstice (its almost in a few days)and other
>>>3 pivotal points of the Sun’s cycle.I find the Winter Solstice to be the *most* powerful of the four times;
in some ways the “most powerful time of the whole year”. It is the
point of maximum yin just before things start expanding out once again.
It is really the *true* new year, and more important than the
Dec 31/Jan 1 dynamic which is really just an artifact of the calendar
(although there is some potential for change on that date as well
due to the planetary group dynamic of so many people having a
conscious will driven toward the idea of newness).Winter Solstice is the time of giving birth to something new.
If you want to make a change in your life, the Winter Solstice
is the best time to put forth that intention! On the Winter Solstice, and before you start doing a ceremonial
qigong form, it is a good idea to hold an intention. Something
positive and new you want to manifest in your life. Be very
specific about what you want. Envision yourself shifting to
that new reality. Welcome in all beings from all directions
and dimensions to support and to witness your process. If you know the Deep Healing Qigong form, do that form also.
In my opinion, the Deep Healing Qigong form is one of the
*best* forms for the Winter Solstice. It activates and
potentates Winter Solstice intentions better than anything
else I’ve found. I have some theories on that . . .If you can stay up, do a Winter Solstice ceremony at midnight.
It is the time of maximum darkness and is the true cusp
and gear shift of the time period. Light a candle before
doing your qigong form to amplify the process. Do your
qigong form *in the dark by candlelight*.Still have a little time left, as the Winter Solstice is the 21st.
Here the Winter Solstice occurs at 12:47PM Eastern Standard Time
on the 21st. Since it is not midnight, you do the midnight ceremony
the night before: the 20th. Check your local time though,
as the time will be different where you live due to time zones.Do not underestimate the power of the Winter Solstice.
You can tap into a lot of power here.I could go on and on just on the Winter Solstice alone, let
alone the other solstice and the equinoxes. But I think
I’ll stop here for now.Once again, welcome to the list!
Warm smiles,

In your opinion, should this solstice set (starting north) be done only once, or multiple times during two or three days around solstice?
As for the Deep Healing Qigong, I always thought it was some sort of (relatively) boring and narrow focused medical form (I’ve never actually seen it), but recently I have seen a lot of people speaking of it in high remarks. Should probably give it a try.
Again, thanks a lot…

>>>In your opinion, should this solstice set
>>>(starting north) be done only once, or multiple
>>>times during two or three days around solstice? If it feels better to you, you can always start facing
in the direction that corresponds to the season. When
I do the Primordial for instance, I usually start facing east
because it feels better to me, but you can always do
what you are called to do. Just ask yourself and
listen to your inner voice, asking yourself
which direction do you think you should do. Whatever
answer “you hear”, do that. That’s the right answer.
So as far as starting direction, listen to your inner voice. With regard to doing extra qigong around the solstice/equinox/
special time, it is encouraged. It gives you an opportunity
to capture more of the power of the time period.HOWEVER, I would say as far as the *ceremony* itself goes,
just do that the once–at your specially set aside time.
This means that whichever qigong form or form(s) you choose
to do at the ceremony, only do them at the ceremony. Any
candle-lighting or any ritual elements, I would again restrict
to just the ceremony. The reason for this is that you want the ceremony to be
“special”, to “stand out”. Granted, all the spiritual qigong
methods are designed to speed up transformation, but you
want to create a pivotal key moment that stands out where
you say to the universe: “HEY, notice this. I’m doing
something different. I’m taking the situation seriously,
and I want the change that is possible–no screwin’ around!
Lay it on me universe!”Doing extra qigong during the same period is great to capture
extra power here, but again if you just do the same stuff
as what you do during the ceremony, you are not creating
this pivotal “stand up and notice” moment, which is critical
(in my opinion) for amplifying the change that is possible
during this rare time.>>>As for the Deep Healing Qigong, I always thought it

>>>Should probably give it a try.OH NO. That form is deceptively powerful.
I’ve even given a testimonial on that form.
Scroll down on https://michaelwinnv5.qlogictechnologies.com/deep_healing_qigong.html
to see my testimonial. For the Winter Solstice, as a ceremonial form, I think
hands down the Deep Healing Qigong form is the best, even
better than the Primordial! Certain elements in the
Deep Healing Qigong form synergize with the energy of
the Winter Solstice better. Of course, if you don’t
know it, you can always do the Primordial; it’s a strong
form also.Best,
