Hi,
I have been practicing different healing love techniques for almost 4 years. I have noticed that although an ejaculation is very rare for me, there will often be times when I lose a little bit of fluid (most likely precum). Is there a way to prevent fluid loss of any kind? Perhaps I pushing myself too far, or maybe I’m not grounded enough. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Oursinho
I notice that the longer I do seminal retention (i.e., sex without ejaculation), the more likely I am to “leak” a bit during sex. I too think this is some form or “precum” or prostate fluid or both.
I don’t know of any way to retain it or, indeed, if it should be retained. I think a standard technique to try would be “locking” the gate around you prostate. However, I’m not sure attempting to lock it would do any good in that most of the precum would be fluid in and around the prostate and sqeezing the prostate might just send it flying out.
If you want to get rid of the fluid prior to sex, I’ve read and been told that massaging the prostate internally (i.e., with a finger or a vibrator) will squeeze out any prostate fluid that has built up. I haven’t tried this but assume it works.
By the way, I’m not sure what “practicing healing love techniques for 4 years” means exactly. But if you haven’t ejaculated in 4 years then . . . well, I’m impressed.
Hope that helped.

Don’t worry about it. The clear prostate fluid – the water – does not cause chi loss.
Its only the sperm – the “milk” – that matters.
