April 20, 2014 at 9:33 pm #42295Who in the history of the world smiled to bologna on a plate, worse yet to activate its inner smile….
it’s beyond absurd…where is this a Taoist tradition?
Is it not further more some form of psychosis to smile to the decapitation which killed the meat?
This is no Taoism, this is one imposter bringing mockable doom to a true tradition…
smile to panda soup..
Its so ultimately insane it’s incomprehensible…

This is important opportunity for both those to whom Touko’s iconography is very dear and also to those who want to simply to have perfect postage stamp collection.
Don’t hesitate to pre-order.

April 25, 2014 at 11:23 pm #42309April 29, 2014 at 6:15 am #42311Jesuit reductions were different from the reductions in other regions because the indigenous people (Indians) were expected to convert to Christianity but not necessarily adopt European values and lifestyles. Under the leadership of both the Jesuits and native caciques, the reductions achieved a high degree of autonomy within the Spanish colonial empire. With the use of Indian labour, the reductions became economically successful. When their existence was threatened by the incursions of Bandeirante slave traders, Indian militia were created that fought effectively against the colonists. The resistance by the Jesuit reductions to slave raids, as well as their high degree of autonomy and economic success, have been cited as contributing factors to the expulsion of the Jesuits from the Americas in 1767. The Jesuit reductions present a controversial chapter of the evangelisational history of the Americas, and are variously described as jungle utopias or as theocratic regimes of terror.
-http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jesuit_ReductionsLiberation theology is a political movement in Roman Catholic theology which interprets the teachings of Jesus Christ in relation to a liberation from unjust economic, political, or social conditions. It has been described as “an interpretation of Christian faith through the poor’s suffering, their struggle and hope, and a critique of society and the Catholic faith and Christianity through the eyes of the poor”. Detractors have called it Christianized Marxism.
Although liberation theology has grown into an international and inter-denominational movement, it began as a movement within the Catholic Church in Latin America in the 1950s1960s. Liberation theology arose principally as a moral reaction to the poverty caused by social injustice in that region. The term was coined in 1971 by the Peruvian priest Gustavo Gutiérrez, who wrote one of the movement’s most famous books, A Theology of Liberation. Other noted exponents are Leonardo Boff of Brazil, Jon Sobrino of Spain, Óscar Romero of El Salvador, and Juan Luis Segundo of Uruguay.
The influence of liberation theology diminished after proponents were accused of using “Marxist concepts” leading to admonishment by the Vatican’s Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith (CDF) in 1984 and 1986. The Vatican criticized certain strains of liberation theology for focusing on institutionalized or systemic sin, apparently to the exclusion of individual offenders and offences; and for identifying Catholic Church hierarchy in South America as members of the same privileged class that had long been oppressing indigenous populations since the arrival of Pizarro onward.

April 30, 2014 at 2:27 am #42313Do you think you are separate from the meat?
We could argue about that for hours, but you are the meat. You are all of it.
Inner or Outer, I think you need to smile more and you will know that your smile is everywhere.
“psychosis to smile to the decapitation which killed the meat?”
Yes, the psychosis is called compassion.
May 4, 2014 at 10:37 pm #42315Surely you can suggest that the universe is implicitly one, but then what’s the point of filtration, opposition, aggression, contest
from the separation you find unity, but you call the destruction hell
All of life moved upwards with the murder of meat… what is the natural law? Possibly the future is free from it, possibly not
Are you one with the spider when it kills you? Does it matter?
The point is that the impulse was not harmony, it is consumption by destruction..
Smiles are a natural response to a partner, child (if even)
Who said the correct response is neutral?
It’s not, where is the storm?

Dear Mr. Kovalchuk:
We write now in concern for Dr. Alexander Gorsky.
Dr. Gorsky was fired from the Institute for Theoretical and Experimental Physics (ITEP) for alleged truancy, according to news reports, after attending a workshop at Stony Brook University in the United States. Gorsky was invited to deliver a paper that had been published a year earlier. His trip was paid by a research grant and Stony Brook.
As a condition for authorizing Gorskys trip, the reports allege, ITEPs administration demanded a cooperative agreement between Stony Brook University and ITEP, as well as a security clearance for the paper Gorsky was to deliver. Gorsky refused to comply with what he deemed to be illegal and absurd demands. He attended the workshop . Deputy Director Sergei Gorchakov then fired him for truancy. Four veteran scientists at ITEP, Drs. Mikhail Vysotsky, Viktor Novikov, Roman Mizyuk and Tagir Aushev resigned in protest, saying that preventing Gorskys attendance at the workshop failed to protect the interest of ITEP scientists.
We join our Russian colleagues in protesting what seems to be an arbitrary and unsupported action against Dr. Gorsky. His attendance at a scientific workshop to which he was invited appears to be a part of his professional duties and to be in the interest of ITEP. The international scientific community recognizes the value of international travel for professional reasons. Similarly the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, to which Russia is a signatory, recognizes in Article 15 the benefits of encouraging and developing international contacts and cooperation in science. We therefore urge you to immediately reinstate Alexander Gorsky to his position at ITEP.
Sincerely,
Joel L. Lebowitz
