1. Be authentic and express who you truly are.
2. Self-acceptance and self-love
Self-acceptance/self-love is the basis of the Inner Smile.
Most of the other alchemy practices help to clear the clutter that clouds “who you are” from being truly expressed. In some ways, I think much of qigong/alchemy is about gaining the courage to be authentic, tempered by the virtue qualities of the five shen.
