    The soles of feet tree root.

    Some teach heaven rooting.
    The crown spiritual line connecting to heaven.

    Some root heavenly inflow in head that is rooted earth.
    Some root heavenly inflow in fire of base chakra.
    Some root heavenly inflow in eart of sole.
    This is the full lenght of human

    On is not enough. The heaven root should be as strong as earth root.

    It is the essence of ninja walk.
    It is the essence of bagua walk.

    Then the ming men power can lead the horizontal way.
