I was reflecting today that Anger is a valid and normal response to many things in our society and to deny it is lying. One should be angry.
Often people talk about the problem of negative emotions, but they are normal and any work or repression of them is a big problem. The more you tell yourself they are negative and try to change them to positive, you are creating more mess.
Laozi says that we cannot live through control “I do not think it can be done” and that we should flow.
It is normal amongst the animals to have confrontations and problems, fights and so on, so we could say that for humans to live this was is normal. Monkeys for instance when they are stressed run up a tree and shake the sh** out of it, discharging through shaking.
In our lying society the discharge of violent emotions is strongly repressed which is what causes illness, that is what people actually mean when they say they have negative emotions – they mean my discharge is repressed by my society.
So one needs to learn and expedite the discharging every day.
But of course living in conflict … it might be possible to go beyond this but it would require rising to a higher level of consciousness where the emotionality becomes more conscious so that for instance you see the person in front of you is an ignorant monkey-man and you can choose how to respond or not respond. Your responses include a consciousness of the situation and are no longer part of the auto-mechanisms of nature.
In that case the primal emotions are under the control of consciousness.
To do this the transformation of the origin of emotions, transformation of the emotional centre(s) is required and long process of integration with all the layers of consciousness/ subconsciousness.
Alchemical Qigong is trying as far as I understand to balance mix and alchemize them which is a different principle, the result of which I do not know.

This is only possible because of the only very very slight level of consciousness present in a human-monkey-man.
The great noise and creativity of monkey-man is not a testament to him – he barely knows anything about it, but a testament to the gigantic power of consciousness itself.
