ORBIT WORKSHOP DETAILS
Day 1: Inner Smile, Five Animals Qigong, Six Healing Sounds, Taoist qigong & alchemy theory.
Inner Smile is a universal image in art.
We will smile together silently,learning how to relax from the “heart-mind” (xin) or personality level of smiling in the body until the deeper “inner heart” or soul (ling) level of smiling spontaneously arises from our core.
I will facilitate the Inner Smile with a transmission of that frequency of unconditional acceptance at the soul level. This is one of the most important and simplest self-cultivation practices you can learn and apply simply to daily life. Increased peace, self-love, and acceptance of others are the reward, with secondary benefits of healing all kinds of illness that is stress-caused. Much of the Inner Smile’s effectiveness arises from it shifting Qi from the personality (the “outer smile”) to the soul ‘s “inner smile”. The soul is the gatekeeper between Post-natal and Pre-natal Qi.
The Inner Smile will be integrated functionally into the two oldest qigong forms recorded in Chinese history: the Six Healing Sounds and the Five Animals Play.
Day 2: Guided Wudang Red Dragon Spinning Pearl Orbit with invoked Dragon Qi, and my custom form: Open Qi Flow in the Orbit Qigong.
The Orbit unifies all three dantian energy centers (or seven chakras if you are coming from yogic tradition) into a flowing whole. Process is made simple and physically tangible with the powerful “Open Qi Flow in the Orbit” movement qigong. Qi transmission is given to help you open Qi flow spiraling in an orbit around your torso.
Includes oral transmission of the three phase training in the powerful Wudang Mountain “Red Dragon” internal method of circulating the orbit (NOT taught in overseas Universal Healing Tao curriculum).

R: The fire Qi (spine) and water Qi (chest) channels can be guided to merge together to unleash powerful internal energies latent in the core channel.
