In my opinion this is already very nice book in every possible way, but he really doesn’t know very much about yogic things.

    Sorry for my broken English.

Like Yang, Jwing-Ming’s version of Tao Te Ching this has quite much interesting material for somebody who only don’t want translation of the original but at least some kind of introduction to the original Chinese classic.

    Sorry for my broken English.

Sorry, but this is not an antisemitic comment; if somebody is interested about East or South Asian meditation in traditional sense one doesn’t need to know necessarily anything about these western mnemonical methods.

One can find all important elements from there.

Only if one has very much extra time one should make some research for example about Freemasonry, which would seem to be firmly a dying tradition.

    Sorry for my broken English.

Tsuigiri literally means ‘crossroads killing’ and is the Japanese term for a very dishonourable practice whereby someone who has received a new weapon or developed a new fighting style or weapon tests its effectiveness by attacking an innocent opponent. For Karl and Shaun this was a very important part of training. In the early days they would visit pubs and wait for groups of aggressive lads to cause problems, but anyone posturing would be a potential challenge. If a gang of skinheads or bikers was seen, they would immediately get excited. What group of thugs would turn down a fight with two or three men?
