1.traditional jade egg practice is designed for g spot, but not entrance to vagina or womb entrance.

The small ones would be penetrating vigina and womb entrance.
The big one would remain in vagina fully.

No metal should used. Or weights.
Instead wood or earth should be used.
Instead body structure (or bodies) should be used.

Thus rattle goes dancing.

If rattle is tied to elongating string (attached to floor, stick or partner) it is not just dancing.
Currents and spirals get in.
Rattle is swimming.
