I’m finally getting the recognition I deserve!
I pondered calling up the Gothic Dungeon to get a bid, but decided to play it safe and do the deed myself 1/16th inch at a time. Probably take a year before I can lick the inside of my nose. More importantly, I’m finally getting into stillness meditation that you’ve been pushing for awhile. Energy practice and pranayama is only half the equation.

I googled kechari to no avail. Keep me posted if you find anything and let me know if you decide to try it. I thought you might like it.
Awesome Max! I was just told about the textual reference at “hatha yoga pradipika chapter 3” scroll to kechari mudra. According to the text, it’s only 6 months of effort at one cut per week. That seems overly optimistic, at least at the moderate pace that I’m planning at going. My cut has been six days ago and it feels completely healed. The text alludes to using a blade, but I’m all for a cuticle snipper/nail cutter type thing.
I’ll try not, but if I do I won’t be able to warn Max! Maybe Mrs Yoda would be kind enough to get online to tell everyone, but don’t count on it.
We will be fine. One clipping a week and tongue ‘milking’ every day and you can probably reach the 2nd stage in a month or two.
