This discussion has answered questions I didn’t even know I had.
One thing I have noticed is that since doing wuji and the healing sounds, the almost feverish sexual drive that I had a few weeks ago has quietened down to more balanced state. The sounds and wuji seem to put it back into balance.
To me,the healing love aspects of HT caught my initial attention, “wow marathon sex etc etc”………. “gotta do it…..” But even though I have only begun doing the 6 sounds and animals along with wuji, for a few weeks,I now see the profound importance of going very slowlly,doing all the preliminary sequences first opening the orbit, rooting, grounding, fusion etc.
So thanx spyrelx, craig and trunk for sharing your understanding on this topic.
P. S. are there any instuctors in Australia?
