The Primordial Breath by Michael Wurmbrand Volume 1 & 2
Has anyone out ther read these books? If so how acurate is the work maybe a question for Michael Winn. Seven treatises from Taoist canon on Embryo breathing…if this is a can of worms discussion…. don’t bother replying save the band width on the server and reply “discussed already”.

Not discussed previously, to my knowledge. Thanks for asking.
(We have a lot of experts on opening worm cans on this forum, I think its a useful skill:)The two volumes are good in that they make available part of the vast treasure trove of the Tao canon available in English.
But they also can confuse the beginning reader. There is too much information, much of it couched in archaic or coded alchemical terminology.
So its mostly useful for someone who has already entered into the pathway of Tao and has some sense of what different practices actually feel like. Then the material can be useful to deepen or inspire new exploration.michael
