Interesting site. Just out of interest, I would class the Bates method as more mental than physical. He never realy advocated exercises as a means to improve sight, but rather mental and physical relaxation.

Take a look at the Bates Method, which teaches you to reduce/remove the need for glasses. It realy does work.Link to Bates book on Amazon

I might look into his second book next time I am in a good shop. I really liked the first one.

Can you give more details of the kind of things that he explains? Which books are you referring to? I have “Path Notes Of..” and only know of “Strategies Of..” as another book.
