    Depending on where you are at with your practice, storing sexual energy/Jing in the heart helps to open the heart center and balance the heart and kidney water/fire elements as Steven said, although activating their virtues will help to balance them more.     Very informative article. I ate tofu and soy for quite a few years but never felt like it made me feel “good” as a health food, as well as it being difficult to build strength from exercise. Feels much better now.
