I would like to thank you all for taking the time to offer me help and guidance.I appreciate it more than you can imagine.I stopped smoking weed totally and I find the intensity of the emotions lessening everyday but there is still this imbalance, like I destabalized myself.Any suggestions on how to regain the grounding I once had?
