jade bamboo replied to the topic Animals and Healing Sounds experiences in the forum General 17 years ago Hi Art
just wanted to mention in the same intent as others have wrote here afterwards. it’s better not to be presise of what to expect of the result of doing the chi gung rather just to obsereve openly what happens internally before and after the excersises.
 peace and chi

jade bamboo replied to the topic Animals and Healing Sounds experiences in the forum General 17 years ago Hello Art
i’m not an expert like others on this forum but what i can recommand for you to do is to take measurements, meaning ask yourself how do you feel before you do the chi kung and after you do the chikung. if you’re sitting do it by sitting quitely for couple of minutes before and after each session and just try to feel what’s going on and…[Read more]

i visited him when i was in Wudang a year ago. i asked him what’s the best way to cultivate jing chi shen. and his answer was that it’s like riding a bicicle. once you get the hang of it you don’t think about it too much ๐ …

jade bamboo replied to the topic I have been practicing Chia's Multiorgasmic man in the forum General 17 years, 3 months ago Well from my experience sometimes it’s not the practice itself that causes the problem directly it just brings lets call them stuff from the unconciouns which could be felt also as stuck energy or emotional pain.
maybe it something from the past or maybe it something you are exposed to in daily life that causes the pressure so i think even a…[Read more]

i’m practicing the basics myself from what you describe i think you should get some proffesional help i’m not from the states so i can’t really recommand of anyone. but i think you should find some therapist who has a level of familiarity with practices from the east. i think just trying to fix things with more practices is a partial…[Read more]

jade bamboo replied to the topic Standing stance – how long in the forum Practice 17 years, 4 months ago Hi
have you ever tried doing ocean breathing instead of just standing? i find it much more easier to relax and get into flow by doing just ocean breathing for long periods of time which i would usually dedicate for stnading. if anyone has some comments on that apreciate it

I intend to follow you’re advice.by the way do you consider Alexander Technique and Pilates to be a western form of WaiDan chi kung?
