Guy-Claude Burger’s wife died of cancer through eating large amounts of raw muscle meat. I really wouldn’t suggest large amounts of it long-term. Are you sure you have serious mercury toxicity? If you do, I would doubly suggest the raw butter oil from http://www.greenpasture.com. Raw or lightly-steamed greens are good for detoxing heavy metals as…[Read more]

Have you tried some regular old yoga? Headstands, forward bends, backwards bends, bridging, etc. It sounds like you really need some fire.
Have you tried raw coconut oil? I swear by it, it’s great stuff.

Hi,
I still recommend raw shellfish if you can get it, raw lobster (ask Plato about fresh raw lobster if you want), raw shrimp, etc. I love that stuff. I don’t think muscle meat is worth eating, for the most part, if you can get good-quality organ meats, and I think raw shellfish is better than either as long as you aren’t reacting to the…[Read more]

Hi Karen,
I have had what I would call chronic fatigue, or at least fibromyalgia, in the past. Here are 3 things that have helped me:
1. sungazing (at sunset or sunrise, or just looking near the sun in the middle of the day)
2. a diet high in raw or nearly-raw shellfish, like shrimp, lobster, etc. , as well as very low in refined…[Read more]

I kind of thought that Atlantis was a coastal/island civilization that had to change locations as the seas rose at the end of the last Ice Age. IS this not accurate?

The best study of whether astrology works or not would involve a high-population-dense area (like NYC) during a time of many births (say, min-1950’s), and at least 3 people from each gender, all born within a few minutes of each other in the same hospital. They would also have to be old enough to have lived long enough to go through some life…[Read more]

Michael,
I agree that an all-raw diet, when done improperly, can weaken digestion. However, Guy-Claude Burger raised his three youngest children on an all-raw, non-vegetarian diet. My experience has been that an all-raw diet is quite possible with fermented raw goat milk or raw fish/shellfish, or some raw egg yolks, etc.. The quality of…[Read more]

Hi,
Do you know if the bonesetters adjust the cranial bones as well? I have a ridge down the center of the top of my head from my crown forward for about 2 inches. I’d like to reduce this ridge.

Here is a page about the muscle-testing system I use.
http://www.perelandra-ltd.com/AB1473/webpage.cfm?WebPage_ID=67&DID=8
You can also Google “kinesiology” or “muscle-testing”. It was developed by a chiropractor named George Goodheart in the 1960’s.
