What if that 3 bill/year was supplied? I wonder if the people who control all that money would want to live for so long? Perhaps they are too depressed?

Id be intersted to know more about the better programs. I tried a CNS thing and the Novadreamer, both of which I did not like.
These light and sound machines seem much safer and more effective. I have been waiting to find out which model or program is best to check out…perhaps this stuff is less grounded though, compared to taoist meditation?…[Read more]

Echoing this sentiment…all the times I forced myself to hold in the jing, and it didnt feel right, what was that all about? Well, it did feel right or I wouldnt have done it, but on another level, channels werent open and chi seem to stagnate down there. Even if no finger are used, but rather, the urogenital diaphram to block jing eruption, isnt…[Read more]

find a tantric yoga teacher if you can…maybe hard to come by these days…Mantak Chias Tao Yin book is the nect best (if not better) thing. I agree Sundo can be a bitt agressive. Find a healing tao instructor in your agrea and learn Chi Nei Tsang to open the tan tien/blissful fealings more…perhaps take up tai chi?

Learning reterntion takes time, unfortuently, the information is not free right now, it seems that one must open all their channels with knowledge of the taoist formulas for enlightenment/immortality…time.
