Is the energy that we’re working with more electrical or etheric (closer to orgone)? If it’s primarily electrical, fatty deposits should act as more of an insulator, inhibition optimal flow.

I’ve been using many of the basic tools you mentioned, but still felt that progress was extremely slow. I’ve recently incorporated hitting to help relieve heat in the body. I like it….it feels like a cousin to cupping and gua sha.
