yea an energy healer told me about Flouride in toothpaste, so I stopped using toothpaste with flouride, and still use only baby’s toothpaste which is what is available in the country I live… I don’t know if there’s a relation and there’s certainly other reasons, but soon after I stopped I started experiencing a spiritual awakening in…[Read more]

nomad replied to the topic dan tian qigong, and question on microcosmic orbit, is it needed later on? in the forum Practice 11 years, 1 month ago
p.s. I am concerned about later on, when I add Fusion, right now the time of practice is fine…
for that matter, thinking even more ahead, does practicing Fusion II-III already involve Fusion I or should both be practiced one after the other?

Thanks Steven for the thorough response. So will learning Fusion from one of mantak’s students in the future be a huge departure from Michael Winn’s style? I read that it might be more repressive… could you talk more about Fusion specifically?

which postures are better for developing a relaxed belly?
-
nomad replied to the topic practices for developing vertical surrender in lower dantian in the forum Practice 11 years, 5 months ago
also i am thinking of building up each posture to 5 minutes each (harder for the first two because the arms get tired) for a total of 30 minutes practice. would it be better to focus on two postures for 10 minutes each (not the first two) and switch them off every day (still 30 minutes of practice) so that the body can relax more deeply into each posture?

question, on the dvd cover it says there are 5 still postures, while on the dvd there are 3 still postures and 3 moving postures…why is that?
I don’t know iron shirt, but are these postures better?
the hugging tree moving posture was a little hard to do for me….

yea, i’d rather just stand in the postures and do it like yiquan zhan zhuang….
where can i find the postures in the fundamentals 3&4? is it necessary to listen to the fundamentals 3 cd’s and dvd, or can i go directly into the 4?
thanks

hmm one thing though, you said most drugs are ungrounding……….and the high from cigarettes comes from the ungroundingness and energy rushing to the head…… while they do expand the headspace, i find cigarettes however to be very grounding in a way.
an energy healer’s article I read online confirmed this, she said if you don’t smoke…[Read more]
