I actually ended up finding the info by myself in a screen image copied at taobum. The risk is that in this way you end up estrangering users. Bruce works a lot on breathing, and I think you should not mix at this level chinese and indian practices. In the HT breathing is considered important but not fundamental and that essentially ‘it will take care of itself’.
