I was doing a google about electro smog.
Is electro smog good or bad? How about zappers
or cranial stimulation gadgets and other electricity health
gadgets? Do the produce electro smog?

the divine house protector
this goddess you can see is under
a house
it protects houses and rooms
i have this picture it is 3 x the size of a stamp
i meditate on it daily
on the back of the paper i write:
only good energies come in this house
and you do the rest
(for me room)
intention dictates
i also know mantak chia meditates on
figures, for protection, for wealth and and
this all belongs to magic
there are many books on magic
if you give everyone of your family
a picture or if you have one statue to meditate on…
the picture becomes very charged over time
intention directs reality
it is much better to manifest solutions
than worry about problems but this needs
discipline
keep the stamp kind of paper on you and meditate
on it as often as you can
the more chi the better
the intention is positive

Yes, I think what you are saying is easy to understand as to staying in ones center.
And never the less also may take some time to practice…
I think I will start with building my earth element as you say.

I have also noticed that in spiritual book shops and the kind the room atmosphere
is always very welcoming. As you say they also use a lot of the options you mention
such as incense and healing stones.

I am glad for your inputs and will focus on all the options! : ))
