I will ask my question and get it under the right heading. Appreciate you Steven for your attention to the seekers on this site and help. I am confused about the instructions on hand placement “backs of palms facing eachother”. When I think of
the backs of palms I think of the back of the hands, which feels pretty hard to do.

Thanks to Steve and qtface for their information and suggestions. I am working with 3 levels of PTSD–meaning one on top of another. So this explains a lot.
