The teacher presenting the stuff seems…[Read more] -

here’s mine:
I once woke up in the morning, stumbled into the bathroom, started brushing my teeth and when I looked into the mirror there was absolutely no image in the mirror! I was so shocked – and woke up with a big jolt. – On the edge of a “bad trip” I guess heh?

… I think that the true Tai Xi ultimately could only be explained in terms of qi and shen, not in terms of pysiology.
By the time it happens, O2 and CO2 will go
and stroll off to the park all by themselves
heavily immersed in discussions about metabolism. (and in the end,

I once did a one week training. It was one out of four modules of ?Cranosacral Balancing?, a form therapists developed in the atmosphere of the Osho scene.
They emphasize a soft, slow approach, very much self-experience-orientated. There are other forms used by physiotherapists that more manipulate and do.
We started learning how to feel the…[Read more] -

I concentrated on points in my mirror-image, and strangely
found that the effect (the sensations) on me were much more stronger than concentrating on points on my real body…shabd
