I would think that since the life force is neutral, if you hold the intention of what you want, that is what will manifest. It just depends on how clear your message is. If you want to live a long life, then hold that intention and enjoy the ride! There might be some unexpected things in there, but surely that’s part of the learning process!

I like the part about having an inter-dimensional view of ourselves, with the higher-self part in the ONE (primordial), and the other part in 3D (post-natal), with guides/personal shen all around us in the astral or pre-natal.

Just a question about the order of combining these two practices:

If seven star qigong amplifies our manifesting power, then when we do primordial after it we are taking that intention deeply into the primordial. So if we practice primordial qigong first before seven star, are we manifesting the primordial here more deeply?

Another one that comes up a lot for me is “I’m too busy and don’t have time”, when in reality if I take time to practice, then I can get more done with less distractions.
