The phrase “I want to be immortal” is somewhat misleading in terms of HT cosmology.
In HT, you already are immortal.
The only real question is, is “in what form” do you want to be immortal in?If you don’t cultivate, you would die and be an immortal “in baby form”.
So you will have awareness, but not much else . . . no free will, no…[Read more] -
Steven replied to the topic Nocturnal emissions – differences with normal ejaculation? in the forum General 8 years, 3 months ago
It’s likely because when you have a nocturnal emission, it is because your body already wants to eliminate excess prostate fluid and is already slightly imbalanced with too much unresolved sexual qi . . . so when you release, it is actually doing something good for the body. That, and any minor fatigue you might have is compensated by the fact…[Read more]

Tom Kenyon’s stuff can be decent, but it can also be somewhat ungrounding.
If the channeling is real, it likely comes from Atlantean sources.
So likely legitimate, but from a different pathway from HT.

Steven replied to the topic How the West Built ISIS – Debunking Myth of "Muslims are Violent" in the forum General 8 years, 3 months ago
Islam, by its very texts, promotes violence.
It also encourages subjugation of women, as easily seen through Islam-in-practice, with burqas covering women (to prevent men from finding them sexually desirable), prohibition of rights of women, etc, which is pervasive amongst all followers. The fact that most Muslims are not fanatics about…[Read more]

I agree with all of your assessments, except the one implying that people over 40 are better off with movement grounding practices (e.g. Deep Earth Pulsing).
Over 40 is a thought-form, I’d suggest you break, especially if you are serious about the 150 club. The fact is, is that people will grow stronger through consistent practice, regardless…[Read more]

The nice thing about such things is that it can inspire one to actually practice.
The bad thing about such things is that folks can spend time reading about the practice, rather than actually doing it, and it becomes an avoidance tactic. But as a supplement, good stuff.
Thanks for sharing.S

Inner Smile is about accepting what it is, without trying to impose anything on top of it (i.e. mental ideas about virtue qualities). Let the organs tell YOU how they feel, and just accept them for what is.
If there is something to process–such as a negative emotion–that can be done via different methods, e.g. Six Healing Sounds and/or…[Read more]

same story, depends on how you do it
the most potent way is to have circulation on the inside and on the outside simultaneously . . . there are several different methods to this

Depends on what type of microcosmic orbit you are doing.
If you are doing the classical orbit, it is orbiting inside the body just within the surface; if you are doing the Wudang orbit, then part is circulating within and part on the outside . . . both occur simulataneously as you mix the qi and blood with your jing to create an overall orbit flow.

Some cardio is necessary.
I recommend either Tai Chi 2 (fast form) and/or brisk walking, around 30 minutes per day. Just slow qigong or Tai Chi is not enough to strengthen the cardiovascular system. The problem people have is that marathon runners see couch potatoes die early and they spend a lot of time per day running, and overwork the…[Read more]

Steven replied to the topic how to practice internal chi breathing? in the forum Practice 8 years, 5 months ago
I prefer to teach counterforce breathing in seating position.
So your trying it sitting down is what I’d recommend anyway. When you do it, make sure you are not exaggerating your breath (i.e. making your inhale and exhale too extreme), as this can cause symptoms such as you describe. Breathing should be calm and relaxed. Aggravated breathing…[Read more]

Banana/almond milk smoothies, daily.
Watching what you eat, as some foods are gut inflammatory . . . and some of this is personal.I did a colon cleanse and parasite cleanse, years ago. I don’t…[Read more]

I believe so, yes.
Although rumor has it that all coursework higher than Greater K&L was invented by M. Chia and Winn respectively, from a skeleton description of the formulas told by One Cloud to M. Chia.
