Thanks for the understanding guys.
I was thinking. Maybe there are other solutions other than more techniques and practice?
People are able to live and solve problems without even knowing these things. In many times I encountered situations where complicated problems are solved by simple solutions.
Example, when it comes to strenghtening our muscles, I realized after trying stuff, all you need to do is to simply be physically active and train just using your body and trust on your own testosterone and genes. Push ups, sit ups and squats and doing alot of repetitions. That’s it. Just like the animals of the forest. All the hype of supplements and this and that weight lifting machines are useless and expensive because it makes you big but not strong and sustainable. Heck, the simple carpenters are big and strong and they dont drink protein drinks and doesnt waste hours in the gym.
For sickness, its all about stress and nutrition. Heck, even a terminally ill cancer patient can be cured by simply eating right.
For depression and emotional baggages and addiction by just conciously deciding to interrupt the pattern and start anew is enough. My Dad quit smoking that way.
——————-
How about an advise for simplicity? For example the manual said that eating a heavy grain diet will help in my condition. Well I always eat rice like three times a day. So I should like double the amount I am taking? I can definitely do that.
How about going out, lying on the grass and do a spread eagle and just relax? Could the jing somehow be absorbed by the earth that way?
I can always jog in the morning. Is that enough?
How about laughing out loud? I can always find comedy videos or laugh with my brother’s jokes.
If I had to do some little meditation, would guiding the jing down to my soles and vent them with the venting exercise would help?
I can do all these like wake up in the morning, drink water and eat my toasted bread, jog, lie on the grass, go home and eat my rice and have a good time.
I am beginning think doing all these qi jong/standing practice are no longer necessary unless I will need a special benefit like having supernatural powers to increase my survivalibility.
August 20, 2008 at 1:15 am #28900Is Qi Gong really is safe?
http://users.erols.com/dantao/qigongdeviation.html
I was advised that absorbing earth Qi might not be a good idea for it may cause insanity.
The only similarity of the many advise I get is I should get an experienced teacher. I guess that is the best choice.
No books, no CDs or DVDs. I will need a master that will talk to me and will understand what I am feeling.
What a waste. All I did is following what I read on a book that I bought in a bookstore thinking it will add benefits to my life and this fucked up jing is what I get. Now that I am trapped and desperate, I am getting forced to buy this, buy that, spend time with this practice and more bullshit.
What a fucking awesome marketing strategy.
Sorry I really had to get that out of my chest. I am not mad at you guys (SD and Steven) I thank you for your help. I am just so disappointed with what I am going through right now.
August 19, 2008 at 9:11 pm #28894Is Bone Marrow Nei Kung a good form of grounding?
How about Iron shirt Chi Kung? Is it a good form of rooting?
If I focus on these two would it be enough?
August 19, 2008 at 2:23 pm #28886Yep I am a very mental person. Capable of imagining things alot, thinks alot and has the ability to pull some memory of the past when encountering a single word that suddenly, like a video, plays then comes out through my mouth and make expressions in my face that people think I am crazy.
I am an artist and a writer. I am currently on a project involving these skills.
These are the result of an online chakra test:
http://www.eclecticenergies.com/chakras/chakraevaltest.php
Root: under-active (19%)
Sacral: over-active (81%)
Navel: open (31%)
Heart: over-active (94%)
Throat: over-active (100%)
Third Eye: over-active (75%)
Crown: open (69%)But the last time I took this, the only over active part was my crown and the rest were open. The root is the same, it was under active.
I stopped all sexual kung-fu practices since I got this jing in my head and its been a long time now. It started when I did a successful 4 days (not sure) semen retention and could have been longer if I didn’t got the jing coming up and overheating me. The only practice I do is masturbating in order to ejaculate thinking it will help lessen the jing inside me that though it is pleasurable, it was an odd reason to do it and is starting to become mechanical. Actually I have a feeling ejaculating doesn’t help at all.
The jing comes back up even as I type this. Well, writing is a mental thing right?
This happens too when I read that’s why it is hampering me and hard to concentrate on what I am reading.
————
Last night, I decided to fix my head again because my experience in sleeping with jing in the head is very awkward bad dreams.
I did my regular “head spin routine” and concentrating on the mid eyebrow to gather chi there and it sometime activate what I call is a “tornado inside my head”, a force spinning violently inside my head like a drill that I have a feeling that it may cut through my skull so I keep it not far from my forehead for I think it may crack my skull open if I let it on the top of my head which bones are not thick unlike the forehead.
Anyways it does a good job sucking the jing. It goes directly to my navel by just tilting my head with my tongue on the roof of my mouth.
After clearing my head a bit, suddenly it comes spurting out again like a fountain at the place where they say jing is kept in the brain (upper top most portion behind the ear). But it is softer than what it was before and I brought it down again with the same routines.
But this time I did a different route.
After accumulating the jing on the navel, I let it descend on the perineum. Then I placed tongue on the palate and the energy spun around my microcosmic orbit. I let it round and round until I decided to put it back on the perineum again. I keep on accumulating the jing there from some that got stuck in my head in the orbit spinning process.
I guided the energy at the back of my knees and the soles of my feet quite long while simultaneously emptying my head of jing and guiding them to these points. I did all the way to thumbs of my toes to the knees and tried sucking yin from the earth from there.
My feet were buzzing especially from the soles. The jing can be really be felt there.
In that process the jing kept away from my head that pleased me.
It was already very late in the morning so I decided to sleep. But I felt the energy accumulate at my sacrum (coccyx?). I sat again and did small heavenly cycles. The jing felt like clothes in the washing machine as it spins there and I think it becomes softer in that process. After 36 spins I stop and let it “cleanse and purify itself” according to the manual.
That time the buzzing in my feet were less but the energy whatever it was was on my back and brimming there when I lay in bed again. I decided to let it stay there for I don’t want jing back in the head again.
I finally slept and dreamt again some weird stuff like my relatives where angry and crying when their pet bird and squirrel got shot by my sniper rifle by the hands of my stupid cousin. I don’t want to include anymore details for it involves some horrible alien like dental weirdness.
———–
My feet are cold right now and the soles are buzzing. But it somehow keeps the jing from my head.
I guess I should focus more on my breathing or on concentrating on the soles of my feet more.
I think I should regularly practice basic meditation to calm my mind.
I think I need more yin. What practice should I do to get more yin then other than standing qi-jong? If I can just exchange energy with a woman… but I don’t think that will be possible anytime soon.
————-
Any of you guys can show me a link, a book or any guide how to do standing qi-jong?
August 18, 2008 at 12:14 am #28843Hey Swedich Dragon its me.
My thoughts about your addiction, I believe the solution will be to gradually decrease your consumption, identifying the triggers to your addictions and balancing the chemicals in your body.
1.) For example, if you are drinking 21 cups of coffee a week, decrease it like 19 cups a week then 17 cups… 15 cups…. 13 cups…. you catch me?
2.) The next step is identifying exactly what is lacking in your life and filling it with what it really needs.
3.) The third is using the right kind of food to heal your body and return the balance it needs. I have a book called “The Gerson Therapy” by Charlotte Gerson in which she suggests that the proper consumption of organic food will revitalize even the sickest man. Her nutrition program was alleged to be able to cure cancer, diabetes and other debilitating diseases. I haven’t seen the real deal with my very eyes but this video convinced me to get a copy of her book as an insurance to my health in the near future.
Before I forget, the video:
July 22, 2008 at 11:36 pm #28779Im good.
I have been reading some more of chia’s books because I dont have the money yet to buy winn’s DVDs and the only resource I can get for now.
I guess the missing thing in my practice was the storing of energy in my navel in the microcosmic orbit properly. I didn’t knew there was a spinning 36 times clockwise then 24 counter clockwise after you bring down the energy into the navel with a controlled feeling of really “sucking it into the navel” which is not included in the multiorgasmic book. Maybe this is the reason why my jing goes up back up even if I bring them down.
My current struggle is emptying my mind of this cold and sticky energy by sucking it on my eyebrows by breathing and focusing through it and it seems to pull in the energy from my nape in a small, sticky and gooey crawl. It’s quite hard because there is an awful lot stored in there and when I stop to do other things the energy churns inside my head like some big and long worm living inside my brain that I sometimes have to massage my head and face to bring my attention to my current work.
The good thing I am not feeling any emotional imbalances which I am warned with.
But you know what, I was thinking what is Chia thinking when he printed that MO book. What if the guy that read it doesn’t have internet connection and couldn’t get help? Doesn’t he thought that what if the guy thinks of suicide and was amplified by kundalini syndrome? Or worse, thinks of spilling his anger on the world with a gun at hand?
Even the book “Taoist secrets of love cultivating the male sexual energy” which I thought was more complete than MO doesnt have the microcosmic orbit taught in it and only mentioned while chapter 8 teaches semen retention. I just tried the practice taught on MO out of curiosity and this is what I got and it is interfering with my lifestyle.
The very fact that the info in MO is incomplete makes an awesome form of health meditation become so wrong. Its a good thing Chia is back there in Thailand or he will get a backlash here in the US.
July 13, 2008 at 3:21 pm #28728Its like sucking gooey mucus inside the brain and once I bring it down my front channel, it oozes down very slowly and alot of effort too. But I guess it is alot better than that swirling, prickly chi because it distracts me at work.
Since its cold is that better? Like the taoist saying: “Keep your head cool and your feet warm.” Because if it is hot, I might fry my brain?
July 12, 2008 at 9:13 pm #28722I guess ejaculating while standing up helped me. There is still chi in my head yet I am bringing it down my front channel every time I feel them. The amount of chi in there surprise me, its soo much that it strongly vibrates my feet when I vent or breath down. I guess my front channel is open because whenever I bring the chi down, I feel it flowing quickly like water directly to my belly and feels like its churning there that I sometimes don’t feel it going through my throat .I am not bothered anymore. If it wants to stay there in my head then so be it, I will bring it down over and over.
Since I am already “chi charged” I guess there is no turning back now and might as well continue on further of this chi business.
Just recently I find out that this chi in my head feels cold. Like the feeling of skin when wet, like a faint wind is blowing the surface of your skin. It’s kind of hard to bring it together that I have to concentrate hard to “suck” them from my temples (because they keep on moving to and fro), spin them around using my eyes and when I brought it down, it’s coldness lined on my throat down to the navel, like real water when you drink it.
This chi somehow spilled on my lip, neck, and some on my chest and they too feel cold.
Even the opening of my mouth feels cold too.
Right now I am venting to push these cold thing from my chest to the navel.
What do you guys think I am doing now?
July 11, 2008 at 2:54 pm #28704What I did today is I walked out of the house and enjoyed a small walking trip on the leafy areas of my town. The tingly chi disappears whenever I move. When I stop there is only a faint hum in my feet.
Seems like it is fruitless to do all this venting and bringing down the chi on my navel stuff because it always climbs back to my head anyway. Right now my head is lit with chi (sometimes itchy) with some crawling on my face and eyelids and so as my feet. A few hours ago, I felt soooo HORNY for no reason and my belly was hot inside that I just drank some water and vent and it somehow cooled me down.
I dont want to masturbate or ejaculate whatsoever while I don’t yet understand what’s going on on my body.
So I just let it be? I guess the human body will eventually fix itself (like the clotting of an open wound)and will bring my body to normal state soon.
July 11, 2008 at 9:01 am #28700I just woke up 4:35 am because a large amount of chi buzzed on my legs and on the left side of my crotch and is getting stronger if I lie down so I am sitting right now which somehow lessens it. Last night I was bringing down energy from my head and some venting before I slept. Does this mean some chi are trapped on my legs or something?!
All I got are these weird happenings since I got that book from Chia!!!!!
July 11, 2008 at 2:42 am #28698I dont feel the chi this time unless I stir it up in my head. I was venting a few hours ago and I guess it lessened the chi in me in the process.
Seems like you know alot Steven, you a master? ;>
July 10, 2008 at 8:46 pm #28694Yesterday the sexual chi that felt like bolts of electricity, two of them that is traveling on the sides of my temple sometimes travel on my eyelids and cheeks. That night I concentrated and spun the chi in my head and more bolts suddenly like came alive and accumulated in the rift I am making in my head then instead of bringing it down on my front channel, I brought it at back channel but directed it to my navel. Chi felt like it splashed on my body and it go through my arms, body and legs, all these bolts crawling all over my skin. My navel was like bubbling inside and what I did next is I did the venting exercise and pushed the chi all the way through my feet. My feet buzzed as I felt the chi travel from my body to my legs to my soles, the hair on my body I felt stood up like an invisible energy around me is attracting them. I repeated the process and after that, the tingly chi on my head was gone. Woke up the next morning, still not there, if I concentrate, there is still little chi but it is not bothersome anymore. This morning I tried to ejaculate out of curiosity, though I didn’t do the big draw, the chi lit up again in my head. I did the venting exercise, i think it didn’t help much for I was distracted and slept again. Woke up in the afternoon and no chi buzz. But now as I am typing this, I could feel the chi at the sides of my temple but it is not as active as before. Faint and manageable. I guess I will just recirculate again the chi in my head tonight and bring it to my navel via the back channel and vent again.
Do you guys think I am doing allright?

— If I do some simple meditation on a grassy field using the techniques from the free ebook in meditationexpert.com would that be considered a form of grounding/rooting? If not, what’s the name of the practice specifically should I learn which is a form or grounding/rooting?
Is exercise like jogging and playing basketball a form of grounding?

July 9, 2008 at 2:02 am #28684Weird. Sometimes I sneeze. I have a feeling this is something like a “chi sneeze” like sexual energy trapped somewhere in my nose that my body help me put out by sneezing.
