Just Standing starts out simple: just stand.
But balance still applies. Earth and heaven. Expanding, contracting, up, down, five elements, the layers of the body, the neutral space. Gently opening blockages, slowly strengthening weak areas.

It’s easier to stay healthy, than it is to correct an unhealthy condition.

Could be that qi gong will only give you marginal results, and never really correct your situation. This is not to say that qi gong is not worth trying. Also, that some marginal results in improvement and maintainance could be very worth while.

I often times have trouble reading your posts; as they – at first glance – communicate as a pithy “notes to self” style that is thus more-difficult-to-fill-out-by-others”.
