    why would where my 3rd eye is feel like its bruised (when you touch it) after practicing the inner smile (just for that day, but not the next)?

    Sometimes when areas are opening up they hurt. Make sure you are not concentrating too hard. Tension or too much energy can get stuck in places. Circulate it down into the LDT.
