His equipment foreshadowed the gear that would be standard issue for commandos in the wars of the next century. Among the exotic gadgets in his self-contained life-support system (designed to thwart the threats of the KGB’s most sophisticated counterintel gear) were tunnel sniffers, air purifiers, and a special scrupper breathing apparatus. He wore an infrared helmet light and night-vision goggles-to the naked eye the tunnel was dark, but the ninja was able to view it through the eerie green light provided by the infrared source. The goggles also illuminated a heads-up display from a body-worn computer programmed with a geo-positioning compass and a tunnel mapmade from imagery collected from space by ground-penetrating radar. An acoustic listening device helped him make his way without being ambushed or lost forever.

If there aren’t present for example too young persons or someone who might get somehow offended, I think some times it’s completely OK to have some nude gymnastics or yoga, but I also personally prefer more hardbody type of exercisers.
