How well do antibiotics and qigong practice “get along” / what are the effects (positive and negative) of being on antibotics in relation to qigong practice? If i get on antibiotics, I plan to follow them up with probiotics.
Thanks

Sorry if that sounds overly simply, but it is what I have found to be true for me. Hope this helps.
“Taken together, these studies suggest that practicing qigong exercises may
favorably affect many functions of the body, permit reduction of the dosage of drugs
required for health maintenance, and provide greater health benefits than use of drug
therapy alone.”

June 30, 2008 at 12:10 am #28570just for clarity sake I was not saying do not get them, it is not a taoist sin to take antibiotics. Anything from b-12 to hard drugs will effect you thus effecting your chi gong practice. As well as your chi gong practice will effect you, changing what you decide to take, or how much.
p.s. We must be brothers because we seem to have the same mom.:)
