Some ramblings…
The Collective nature of the Higher Self
The material plane is full of humans (on earth). If humans have personal “higher selves”, then each of them must have to coordinate the limitless possibilities of unpredictable interactions that humans have with other humans, and if most humans are somehwat unconscious of their “higher selves”, then at the very least the “higher selves” must be cooperating on some level as a community to make all these interactions happen. This would make the “higher selves” into a community, a collective intelligence.
The reason I would say that humans lives are spontaneous, happening in the moment and are subject to the free will of the functioning post-natal shen is that there are simply too many variables in human interaction for lives to be “planned”. It is true that there are certain things that people feel they need to experience or “complete”, but the actual method of completion and whether or not things get completed is completely variable depending on the will of that person to complete it, which creates a confluence of energies that brings the variables into alignment. This is why clear communication through meditation form the post-natal to the pre-natal helps to accelerate the process of completion.
Its like a feedback loop…we get the information about what needs to be completed from the collective causal plane that filters through the pre natal to the post natal, we play around in the post natal and send messages back to the pre natal that align the energies and allow us to complete what we need. This in turn sends a message back to the collective causal plane (hundun), and allows us to feel completion.

I think this is turning into the longest running thread
we’ve ever had, LOL.[I wonder if anyone *else* is actually reading any of
this stuff, or cares anymore, LOL.]OK Chris, I’ll bite. ๐

interactions”. Having knowledge on prior life
experiences and the emotional state of the participants
constructed from past events, the resulting interaction is not the
least surprising (c.f. Rainbowbear’s excellent comment). Moreover, having some “clairvoyance”
into what can happen in the immediate future makes
it not difficult to “select” the script that most
closely matches with the desired goals and optimal growth.
Please reference my “dot/oval analogy” for the explanation

This is akin to the argument “Intelligent Design” people use.
I.E.:
Human life, right down to the cellular level, is just too
complicated to be and to exist on its own development without
a Creator God. Therefore we had to be created by a Creator God.I mean, that’s basically your argument. I.E. It’s difficult
to understand, so therefore it can not be.Difficulty in understanding does not imply existence or lack
of existence. Moreover, things are only complicated when looked at from
a certain perspective. Other perspectives make them look easy.Imagine spending your time walking around constantly looking down
at your feet. In such a state, you don’t see things coming at
you. You probably aren’t going to notice you’ve walked into a
lion’s den until you actually enter and are attacked by the lion.
Everything is going to seem to be happening spontaneously
and unpredictably. However, if you simply look up and look straight
ahead, things become a lot less complicated–they become
more predictable–and you can make decisions in advance of upcoming
situations (like deciding to NOT walk into a lion’s den).Being in the higher planes is like this.
“They’ve lifted up their heads” and looked ahead.
They see what’s coming. They see the lion’s den.
With this sort of clairvoyance in seeing the immediate
future, do you really think it would be difficult to
make advance decisions before they arise?S

Exactly.
You are right where you need to be, and all the “difficulties”,
pain, etc. all along the way is actually LOVE. It’s a
compassionate gift helping you grow and develop in ways you
could not (without these stresses). It helps you become
what you are meant to become. The unhappy crying child, who was just scolded by her mother
for doing something dangerous, does not realize her mother
is–in fact–giving an act of love.So it is with us, here on the physical plane.

Mercury itself is abundant in some cinnabar mines and in the past it was releasd by heating the ore which caused the sulphur component react with the oxygen of the air and be lost as suplhur dioxide gas, leaving metallic liquid mercury behind. In historical times almost all the mercury that was mined was destined to be blown to the winds, and literally so.
Mercury was used to extract and purify gold, which was the basis of all currencies as well as being used for religious objects , personal adornment , and tableware of the wealthy. Mercury has the remarkable ability to dissolve gold and it was used to extract gold from alluvilial sediments. The amalgam so formed would then be heated to drive off the mercury, leaving pure gold behind. Although it was possible to condense, collect, and re-use some of the mercury, the process generally resulted in about half of it being lost to the atmosphere.

…in various of his novels that humanity collectively is Lucifer, cast down from the heavens and pulverized in the matter.
But also in my opinion this kind of reflections are harmfull for “the body centered practice.” They are good for religious type of persons not yoga or inner alchemy.

Humans Have a Binary Soul…since Bagua was concerned that I might resort to channeled sources to buttress my propositions about immortality, I’ve decided to start off the next round with a piece by Peter Novak, an independent researcher with no investment in Taoism (in fact he is Christian), and whose interesr is in integrating scientific research with religious themes…
-PHILOSOPHY: Michael Winn, 2006-04-07The mold of a species extracts its energy from the Rule. The Rule is a kind of womb, it contains an evolutionary plan for every living being, not only on Earth, but also in any corner of the universe where there is awareness. Nobody can break away from it. The most we can do is ignore that it exist, in which case we won’t reach the stage where we can be what we truly are: Live mass in the service of a purpose that we don’t understand.
-ARMANDO TORRES, Encounters with the NagualWhy was the Kapalika path proclaimed ? To answer this question, it has been said that the twenty-four enumerarated incarnations of Visnu were born and, at the completion of their tasks, they each went crazy. How is that? Creatures born into the womb of animals end up playing around without purpose and, and the same happened to the incarnations-the boar incarnation, the man-lion incarnation-who ended up creatingfear of their inhabitats, the earth, jungle, and forest. Some attacked cities and villages, while others fellon the ocean. Krshna, especially, went around indulging in seduction…(<=goraksasiddhaantasangraha)

In my opinion it would be very sad if all the alpha guys of the Universal/Healing Tao would be christians.
Why holding or even expressing so sheepish and mild opinions like this.
It of course doesn't really concern me, but I was only somehow elevated when I noticed that Fat Mexican has now landed his flatfoot (probationally) also on the Chiang Mai. Let's see if some of the boys will be also (benevolent) visitors of Mr. Chia's estates.
