    I took the CH course 2 years ago, but has began to really practice this stuff recently… Just want to get feedback from those who have experience…

    I have learned Buddha Palm and practiced it before,
    but I haven’t practiced it in a while to be honest.
    Currently, I’ve been focusing on my Tai Chi practices,
    as I hope to certify in them soon.

    Maybe you could share some of your experiences
    with it. Cosmic Healing tends to be a topic that
    is not as common or available in the US . . . at
    least not as common as other more popular topics such
    as Alchemy, Chi Nei Tsang, Healing Love, or
    Iron Shirt & Tai Chi. So you would probably have
    more to share to others, than others to you . . .
    And it would be interesting to hear of your experiences.

    FYI: Healing Tao Retreats will be offering
    Buddha Palm + Iron Shirt 2 this summer, to those
    readers who may be interested in learning
    part of the Cosmic Healing curriculum (which
    Buddha Palm is part of).
