I have been studying Michael Winn’s tapes for a few months now. Recently I have played around with variations of his counterforce breathing and would like anyone’s input on the following. Imagine a horizontal plane cutting through the lower dantien.

Breathe in while imagining the energy spiralling inwards towards the dantien, say counterclockwise, along this horizontal plane. Breathe out while imagining the energy moving out the core channel, both out the perineum and out the top of the head. Breathe in while the energy moves inward along the core channel to the lower dantien from both directions. Breathe out while the energy moves out the horizontal plane clockwise. Breathe in while the energy moves in clockwise to the lower dantien. Breathe out while the energy moves out the core channel, etc.

You alternate clockwise and counterclockwise spirals in the horizontal plane. Inbetween spirals you breathe out and in the core channel. It seems like an interesting variation with possibilities. It’s similar to a variation on one of his tapes, but the spirals and the alternations are different. Any comments?
