Has anyone experienced a darkness retreat?

I was thinking of doing it by myself in my house but now i’ve read a bit more about it i’m not so sure. It could be a bit lonely and boring and much more fun with others. I have felt the ‘being’ state naturally which is great when you do it in every day life, not just while you’re meditating. Spending time in a being state while meditating i just have to get up and do something. I don’t like just sitting there in that state i think it’s not enjoyable after an extended period. I’ve also experienced dmt like states not so naturally and after an extended period of time i got sick of it and just wanted it to end. I could see doing a darkness retreat with several people and playing psychic games etc could be very fun though.

Just wondering what others have experienced.
