I have been doing Deep Healing Chi Kung for 2 1/2 years, nearly every morning (like 360 days out of 365). I have been getting more and more “chills” at certain times. For instance when I say or do something that seems to be pleasing to the Universe (God, Goddess, Spirit, Tao, All That Is). It also happens when I sing, particularly spiritual songs. Has anyone else had that experience? I think it must be the Chi Kung and probably spiritual practices in general.

I’ve had that happen before. It’s a sign of becoming more energy sensitive and noticing subtle changes, as well as general awe for the profound. Don’t be surprised if your “chills” are temporary though . . . eventually your body assimilates and it becomes less shocked by higher energy states or by messages from the universe . . . S
