Now I am noticing a pulsing in the Lao Gong points in my palms at the end of Deep Healing Chi Kung i.e. Magical Healing Elixer Appears in the Cauldron. Of course, this is the time when a good deal of Chi is said to flow from the Lao Gong points into the solar plexus/void/original Chi area. I didn’t expect this.

It’s one of the great things about that form, is that it gets deeper over a long period of time.I did it for a little over 3 years, every day, so you are slowly but surely catching up to my record. 😉
Some summer you’ll have to come to the Healing Tao Retreats and take my Deep Healing Qigong class. There have been many advanced enhancements to the Deep Healing Qigong form since the DVD release, adding in more powerful alchemy tools from the Kan&Li coursework to supercharge the form. It takes the form to a whole new level.
